Discussion Hunter x Hunter (2011)

Episode 13 was 99% recap, rip. Nice to see the Aunt again.

 

Episode 14 was good. Finally gonna be getting some more action it seems.

 

Episode 15 was good. Not much to say in terms of the battles so far, but the one with Hisoka should be good.

 

Episode 16 was good. Gon pretty masterfully tracked and outplayed Hisoka to get the badge, but was himself outplayed. Feel bad for that dude tho considering he earned it but because Gon is "interesting" gets his given back lol.

 

Episode 17 was good. Enjoyed some Killua action. The trap that was set with snakes is something. Wonder how they will get out.

 

Episode 18 was nice. Good to be finished with the fourth phase. Nice how they got out of the cave. Onto what I assume will be 3-way battles.

 

Episokde 19 was okay. Not exactly what I was expecting. Pretty retarded battle criteria.

 

Episode 20 was alright. Interesting to find out that dude was Killua's brother. They have him pretty fucked with how he turned out.

 

Episode 21 was okay. Bit of an info dump episode. Off to get Killua, hopefully it doesn't last the entire series, lol. Hunter exam isn't over yet? Nigga, pls.

 

Episode 22 was something. The Butler seems pretty based and the Janny is too.

 

Man, Gon sure is good at getting beat up. Episode 23 was good. I enjoyed the little training arc and seeing them succeed. Wonder if torture is normal for the family, or if it's just a Killua thing.

 

It's the worst when you leave something for a large amount of time and have no idea how/where to approach it again.

Episode 24 was interesting. The father and grandfather seem to be the better ones of the family, along with the little daughter. Nice that Killua is free, for now.

 

Episode 25 was good. I enjoyed the little moment with the butler and the reunion with the group. Seems like there will maybe be a few eps of training then a timeskip? Nice.

 

Episode 26 was alright, as far as recaps go.
