Ate for breakfast:
One whole muskmelon
Plain upma

Drank:
Chocolate tea (before breakfast)
Full fat yoghurt (after breakfast)

 

Rye bread with torskerogn* and mayo
+ ice cold milk
* it's canned fish eggs made into a pate like substance

Spinach is amazing when it's turned into a gravy like substance *.*
Heheh well if the spicing is perfect, it does feel like your taste buds are "satisfied"

 

Ate for lunch:
Puliyogare
Curds rice
Three uddin vadas
One banana
Some almonds

Drank:
Panaka (South Indian style lemon juice with jaggery, cardamom, black peppercorns, and saffron)

You should really try spinach gravy. It is damn good.

 

I made a version of it for a pasta dish and I admit it was mouth watering yummy *.*

 

Ate for dinner:
Some dried figs
Some green grapes
Some puliyogare with fresh yoghurt

Drank:
Glass of cool milk

 

Ate for breakfast:
One banana
Some dried figs
Oats with yoghurt and dal fry

Drank:
Dooars tea

 

Ate for lunch:
One banana
Some walnuts
Rice with spinach gravy

Drank:
Full fat yoghurt
