    Idk the whole over arching plot is magic being worthless and technology and money being king. Not to mention the father or whatever said to have enemies owe them, seems like foreshadowing.

    Yeah, but I mean it's been pretty episodic so far. Hasn't been a whole lot of movement in terms of a plot which is why I can't see it getting much far into something like that.

    So far the episodes have been building Akko up showing her progress in magic and witch abilities. I'm just feeling a mid season climax for some reason, or maybe I'm being too optimistic.
