so, since i've posted these thoughts, happened that:
_ schpitt died as a townie
_ bilbo has been called out for switching just for the sake of having a lynch
_ cow investigating bilbo's reasons
_ coffee shows no significant stance changes, and his contribution keeps being forgettable
_ globear seemingly tries to inquiry and think of possible couple

as for me, i'm almost fully convinced cow is town. Globear seems to play a good town role but i'm somehow growing wary of her. Her pushiness in D1 started schpitt's wagon, and while trying to think past bilbo's evident inconsistencies is not necessarily bad, it could still mean they're a mafia couple, and after all one of them dying means their team loses. It nicely wraps with bilbo staggering a decisive blow just to have a lynch, any lynch, that would have given town one day less to gather data and investigate.

went to reread this, but there's no way i can find a sense to his actions that give me the ease of mind. "I'm not skilled enough" sounds like the final excuse someone would make in his situation.

i'm not sure which one is in the team with him, might be globear or coffee. But he must be somehow involved, also cuz i don't see those two being mafia together.

But at the same time he also agreed with schpitt that you were fishy. Would a mafia really say "im not skilled enough" Im sure the other mafia would have them try to backtrack on that sentence, I know I would. I didn't say I was "thinking past" I stated that we needed to look at everyone not just him, and from what I can tell that's been your big focus.

I probably need to vote now since dp will end when im most likely trying to sleep, I still have time but I don't want to forget either

I think in future games, allowing players to vote as many times as they want would lead to healthier gameflow. From what I've seen, games where people are limited in the number of votes they can have only really works with Formal systems, as opposed to the plurality lynch system used here.

Thanks for hosting Rohan. Game was a bit slow, but that's partially my fault because I was so busy yesterday.

 

Welp, I tried. Next time Ill just have to be more careful and think more about what I do

 

If players switch votes too much it gets hard to keep track of them. This can be remedied by having a separate voting thread. You are right though, vote restrictions kinda dilutes the game experience as seen by my and Gister's previous game.

Perhaps a vote counting bot could be made, but that is a future proposal.

 

Yeah, a lot of it comes down to experience. If you think about it from the PoV from one of the other townies, they witnissed someone say they are town reading a player but switch their vote to that player at the last minute when there was merit to nolynching. From the PoV of me and Globear, this looks like a Wolf looking for a mislynch and we couldn't not lynch you at that point.

Although its important to pay attention to how you look and what you're doing, though, you kinda just want to play naturally. Like, you'll figure out what to do with more experience. Remember, we all lost this game because none of us voted the correct players.
