    Some good news: Vol 15 has apparently been fully translated, but nothing has been posted due to editing, so hopefully it'll be posted for download soon and Vol 16 is also halfway translated. I got this info from one of the moderators of the wiki(Lord Odin to be specific).. Best case scenario would be that both volumes to be out and translated before vol 17 is released, which will be on Aug 8th, so lets keep our fingers crossed.
