I feel like if we were to lynch anyone it'd have to be an inactive for this day phase I mean. But then again I don't want to be down a townie

 

Ahh that sucks, but at least we know why you might be a bit absent

It would be better to get said person replaced, if that's possible (?)

But even considering the amount of participation, is there something we can do at the moment?
Use lynch to grill people? Get them out of the comfort zone?

i almost forgot about this game, man, my apologies; it completely had slipped my mind

i'm glad i made it back in time!

 

pretty much this if the players are sleeping

it's quite difficult to lurk without any contributions in this game without mafia getting a pitchfork up their asses (atleast i would imagine so) from town

i find it more likely that they're going to make minimal effort and blend in so grill anyone you can

 

also games like these can't really afford being worried over picking inactives on d1, it's fairly common 1) you're stuck with zero info with day one 2) can't do jack shit about it 3) as about in the dark as any other town

 

I have changed the time limit to none. Instead the day ends with a majority vote. This will give players all the time they need. That being said I am holding the right to add a time limit to each day phase this is for if the game is inactive.

A majority vote works like so
Over 50% of the players vote for 1 player or to abstain.
So for example if I am playing and I had 4 of 7 players vote for me in this day phase I would be lynched. If however 4 of 7 players voted to abstain then there would be no lynch.

If a time limit is added the player with the most votes would be lynched at the end of the day even if a majority was not reached by then.

also anyone who wants to push a "no lynch" is going to throw the game

whether this is from mafia or newbie town, we HAVE to take a chance in exchange for d1 information

so no lazy "but what if we mislynch" counter arguments, they go in the trash, d1 is ALWAYS going to be hard to decipher

 

coffee cat reeks of suspicion by directing the spotlight onto inactives and suggesting town should abstain from voting in order to avoid a mislynch when there's valuable info in it either way imo

either it's a ploy to make sure attention doesn't fall on them, or it's a newbie mistake
but i am against the philosophy about taking no action day 1, that's motive for scum to just hide more

 

kagerou is also suspect by avoiding accountability so far too
