Don't really care if that thing isn't Pluton, but it would be mega stupid having 2 things doing the same thing.

 

I doubt Oda would make such a massive error having 2 things doing the same thing when one was already explained, either this is Pluton or pluton straight up sucks if Uranus can do the same thing and I doubt I'd be the only one finding that mega stupid.
