and would make Choppers flashback even better considering Hiriluk lied to Chopper and Chopper was searching for the cure-all mushroom and he was that "mushroom" the whole time!

It's not like he's stopped writing peak completely, He still does. But very rarely. Last GODA moment for me was probably the Mural.

Maybe it happened offscreen, or most probably a retcon.

 

I wonder if Rocks got no heal because both Garp and Roger used ACOC to break the curse compared to Chopper just cleansing it or Dorry or Brogy "killing" eachother.
