When you make a new team,you celect LC format there you will see all pokemon which are available in that format and are ready to use

However I have a question regarding the pokemon.
Can we customize the chosen pokemon that are LC as we please?

Ex. Moves, Held Item, EV's etc. Or are there certain restrictions?

 

How else are you gonna battle? When you pick a Pokemon it has no moves,items and EVs xd

 

So we can raise the EV's all the way then?

That's the point,in Pokemon Showdown that's the whole point in doing.You can only raise 2 stats to max on EVs anyways
