    Synopsis
Determined to pursue his glorious childhood dreams, 30-year-old Rick Gladiatol, a modest clerk in the adventurers' guild, is offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity after he fatefully encounters the dark elf Reanette Elfelt. Reanette happens to be an elite adventurer of the legendary party Orichalcum Fist, whose members welcome Rick under the condition that he follow a Spartan training.

Two years later, Rick is finally ready to take the E-Rank exam officially qualifying him as an adventurer. However, raw magical power can only be developed until one turns 20. As such, Rick faces the general hostility of fellow participants and examiners alike, leaving him no choice but to show the world that his hellish training has turned him into an invincible warrior.

Episode 1 was amazing. After 14 years of being a wage slave for the guild, Rick quit his job to become an adventurer, at the age of 30. This is extremely unusual, magic is typically trained from a young age, as that is when the reserves can be increased. Basically, all adventurer's start out as young teenagers if not older kids. Rick has gone through gruelling training that seems to have been brutal by extremely strong people. Thanks to the training, at the age of 32 and two years later, he takes the test as an F rank. His magic reserves are allegedly basically non-existent and he got an F-, but I doubt it. The strength test was next, and Rick just exploded the slime bag. xD The young noble prodigy Freed was mad at being shown up. xD After that was a sort of magic nature test. The tester would fire off magic of a certain nature and the examinee would try to defend against it. Rick only knows one level 1 attack and defence spell, but it was enough to block a level 5 spell. xD The noble's older sister Angelica confronted Rick for "bullying" her brother. She challenged him to a duel and he accidentally accepted. She's the equivalent of a B rank adventurer so Rick is worried. It turns out fine because he's actually absurdly strong. Angelica even tripped and played it off as one of her special moved. LMAO. Rick also punched through her and she evaded by tripping again. xD After that, Angelica conceded the loss, and when Rick said that he'd just take the same reward she proposed (a servant until death), she fled. xD Seems like the adventurer's that trained Rick are visiting soon.

Episode 2 was great. Started out with the results of the first lot of tests. If Rick fails, Reanette threatened him with his training tripled. xD Naturally, he passed without issue. Soon after, Rick and Reanette run into the older brother of the stuck up nobles, Raster. He wanted Reanette to become his second wife, but Rick said she was with him, which was a quick cover. He became rather angry. It was also revealed he's a proctor of the second test. Angelica and Freed came crying to Raster about Rick, which angered him even more. Originally, Rick's proctor was to be an older man who started adventuring late, like himself. But in his 20s. He seems like a really good dude. Sadly, Raster beat him causing him to not be the proctor for Ricks group, making it Raster himself. He's going overboard on all of the candidates. With a trick, Freed used teleportation magic to send Rick to an ambush to be beaten so he'd miss out on the test. It didn't work due to the rest of Rick's party coming by and kicking ass, not that it would've worked anyway. The group are all S-ranks. Rick returned and he's up for his test now.

Episode 3 was good. Started out with a guy with an ability to check people's abilities. Checking Ricks broke him. xD Rick's old co-worker and friend Alica sat with his party to watch his match and provide some details. They confirmed Rick can't increase his magic, due to the ability to increase it stopping in your 20s. But they refined what he had along with his body. He died several times training but thanks to Broughston's healing magic, he revived him. The match went as expected, Rick completely outclassed Raster and is actually S rank. He even defeated his level 8 magic with his own level 1. xD

Episode 4 was good. We got some backstory to Rick and how he joined the party he's with. As a child, Rick like a lot of others had a dream of being an adventurer, like the hero Yamato. His mother feared for his safety. His father also shot down his dream, pushing him to get a stable job instead. Rick had an inborn skill confirmed but they can't tell what it is. It doesn't manifest with training. For years, up until he was 30, the skill never manifested. But, he did get that stable job as a receptionist at an adventurer's guild. His parents were proud of his path, but he himself was pessimistic he didn't follow his dream. When he was out late one night, a monster was attacking. He went over to help and came across Reanette. Mistaking her for a normal person, he tried to protect her and tell her to run before she took out the monster. At first he thought she was a B, then A rank adventurer. But she confirmed herself to be S-rank. Rick asked her if he had a shot at shooting for his dream, but she shot him down honestly. Due to the rules around training magic and his age. He was pretty dejected, but she did agree to go out with him. When he met up with her next, another monster attack was happened. She took care of a lot of them, same with some adventurers before a Dragon appeared. Due to a dragon seemingly destroying Reanette's village a child, she's terrified so was no help. The adventurer's also couldn't do anything. Rick stepped forward to at least try, which encouraged the adventurers. They still did nothing and Rick ended up being squished... only for his skill to awaken which allowed him to take the dragon out with one blow! What a beast. With that, she enlisted him to their group to help with his dream.

Episode 5 was good. Started out with Domuld visiting Rick and his party. Things didn't go great. xD He got roped into training and almost died. xD But aside from that, it did go well. Domuld also tried to give Rick pointers for getting closer to Reanette, but she was simply too good at things. xD Domuld agreed to help the party look into the six jewels. After that, Rick, Broughston, Alicerette and a tag-along girl they picked up Rei, picked up a quest. They ended up encountering a lot of wyverns which had Rei panicked, but naturally Broughston and Rick handled things. This inspired Rei to go extra hard to try and get stronger. The group also got one of the jewels.

Episode 6 was good. Rick, Broughston and Reanette arrived at the Heractopia capital, Knucklepersi looking for the next jewel. Everyone they asked was too scared of Broughston to help. xD They came across some guy harassing a girl, so Broughston took him into an alley and "killed" him. xD After that, he was seen as the boss and it seems that the girl has a crush on him. They found the jewel on the belt given to the winner of king of fist tournament, so Rick and Broughtston are participating. Rick will be entering from the Western league and Broughston travelling to enter from Eastern league. Rick's entrance test person ended up being poor Angelica. She ended up surrendering. xD Rick has to beat 40 people in a week to qualify. Getting a meal at the inn that Milicia works at, she was disappointed Broughston wouldn't attend. Interesting to see Angelica tag along. Rick beat the first dude without any issues, even if with him cheating.

Episode 7 was good. Started out with Angelica winning her match. Then, Rick ran off to his next one. Reanette carried her and followed Rick so they could watch. xD Rick kept winning and poor Angelica was carried along by Reanette so they could watch all of Rick's matches across the region. xD Rick met Snape, the chairman of the management committee overseeing the western league's block battles. Due to being a sponsor, he gets one person in free. He's also close to the Diarmuit family. Reanette and Angelica got roped into being bunny girls as they were super tight on staff. xD Poor Angelica ended up loosing a match, because of hearing about Snape. Turns out Snape bailed their family out of debt when their parents died. The agreement was Angelica to marry him. The kids ended up getting themselves out of debt, but the agreement was already made. She plans to use the tournament to get out of it. Snape's pick is his brother, Geese who seems strong. Rick offers to train Angelica.

Episode 8 was good. Rick sure put Angelica through her paces with the training. xD When Broughston returned to the others, Milicia thought he returned for her. xD The tournament is going off pretty well, and the first major big match is here. Angelica vs Geese. I think Geese will end up winning, but Angelica is doing well so far after the training.

Episode 9 was good. Angelica did pretty well, but ultimately didn't have enough time to train to be able to pull a win vs Geese. Rick got super pissed and in the fight versus Geese, restricted himself to Angelica, but after further training. In the end, he defeated her "as" Angelica after 12 months of training.

Episode 10 was good. It turns out Kelvin is stronger than thought. He has actually been holding back and purposefully losing occasional matches to "excite" the crown of his own volition as a means to keep making his trainer money. Seems he's above an A-rank adventurer, possibly S-rank. Both Kelvin and Broughston held back while fighting. Eventually, Kelvin's trainer called him out and they both stopped holding back. Broughston got the win, but it was great for Kelvin. Now he will strive even higher.

Episode 11 was good. Poor Rick is terrified of fighting Broughston. The training really did a number on him. xD In fact, he almost pulled out. There were two key things that made him follow through. Learning Broughston's dream was to fight someone equal to him. Then, the Cherry on top of Reanette asking Rick to go with him to the hotspring when he wins. xD The fight has gone off and they seem pretty even. Now we'll learn how the party came to be.

Episode 12 was good. So Broughston was an outcast even to his own family due to him being so intelligent/strong/different. They ended up seeing him as a god, basically. When he was away for a short time, the entire group was killed leaving him on his own. He met a person that claimed to be a part of the hero's party (200 years prior to meeting Broughston) which seems suspicious. But, maybe not. Broughston ended up with a dream to be able to fight someone on equal footing. It seemed like Rick lost, but he brought out his skill and they were fairly even. Rick passed out first, but Broughston insisted that Rick one. Rick declined the hotspring trip with Reanette, feeling like he didn't win.
