3) Really I have been at forums for 5 years and Voting and Winner should be same thread. You tell winners within the voting thread. Considering people can simply see results there. Navigation is not easy since a person has to open a thread to see entries then open to see who did who and won. While you could do it all in one thread. It might not be apparent at ongoiing but think of someone new who has to wants to check it all After 20 editions - 40 threads to open instead 20. And if every future comp follows same suit, My friend its gonna pile up a lot. Think ahead in future because you guys have site that can go big.
4) Not really - GFX related contests should be at GFX section or close to it.
5)Not easy at all - You have to click 20 threads to see results of a single tournament when one could simply do a single thread and edit OP with results. Also Tournaments and such stuff are clearly not material at site top . Site top is what you want people to see first preferabbly most active sections - Unorganized Tournament isnt the best thing and the activity isnt warranting a complete space at top. Nor it is giving any prize to promote user activity so defo not top mat.
6) Same as above 2.

8) Umm what? Visual Novels are sub genre of Games - You play them just like any other game - What exactly isnt making sense here? They are just a form of games like shooters, RPG, Racing games are.

Oh not that much just instead of person have to visit latest alert page to see alerts, He should just be able to click and get a drop down for alerts just like pc.

More or less yes. You can also make a section where all contests which AWARD users with keno and likes go in one simple section.
Like Community Contests section
- Sub Section AOTW
- Sub Section SOTW
- Sub Section Fanfic contest
or a simple Contest section with Archive sub section
and thread prefix - AoTw,Sotw, etc . where current edition stays in section and rest gets moved to archive

Fair point but considering it doesnt happen often it should be at bottom
Tournaments even more - Because at this point its more or less a forum game [ which in all honesty it is since I have done it multiple times in past - Just can go in General anime discussion

You can do

Main Header - Any name you guys use
- Section - One piece
- Section - FT
- Section BnHA

-Other Series
---Sub Section Kakegurui
---Sub Section Naruto
and so on.


Main header
Section - General Anime/Manga discussion
---Sub Section - Tournaments
- Threads with any general discussion related to medium as whole

--- Sub Sections for one having particularly active fanbase /Movies

You give popular ones their own place. So they can roam free you keep normal one in Anime/Manga section so they can be managed and accessed easily.
Anime can have sub section of series like Fate etc - Series which anime are popular but no manga discussion
Manga can have sub section of series like Tower of God,Kingdom etc - Series which manga are popular but no anime discussion

Honestly there are very limited series whose anime and manga discussion can go together mostly due to manga being so further ahead it will be spoilery to anime discussion or rare cases opposite way. Hence split almost always works.
You have to consider when site gets big - There will be more threads of each medium and it would lead to chaotic finding what you need even with filter and not to mention harder to port so better done while smaller so less load.

Gen Anime/Manga discussion is usually for threads like - those 30 day bla bla challenge, Which author you like most, Manga art showcase, fav Voice actors, Usually reccomend and review are sub section of general. Season calendars, which anime you are viewing today, what are you reading today. New announcements in industry - X is getting anime, Y is getting movie, Your top 10 anime etc etc.
It gets its fair share of activity as community goes big because in Dedicated anime/manga section you cant go making threads which cover a general part then a specific series.

Yea overall placing is good just needs some tweaking to divide it accordingly, For me Im a manga/Novel guy who has more or less lost interest in anime so being separate means I get to what I want quicker. Same with people who rather watch anime than manga.

Alright with delays in most except anime/manga section because it's really too much of mess
There are some news thread, some ingle chap discussion, some general ,some series based. No clue what's anime or manga thread.

It's really a mess rn to post new threads/discussions.
