Mind you this rule has been broken twice by two different admins.

Oh and it gives a very bad impression. If it was a member then it's excusable but if it's an admin it will dent the image of the forum very badly. This is not a porno site (at least the rules imply that) and I see no decent guest registering after seeing a thread like this.

 

That's just silly we're a community after all the rules are there as guidelines! This isn't actually that explicit

 

Well maybe they meant NSFW imagery and not discussion?
I doubt they'd break their own rules in purpose. That's just silly.

Absolutely not. The rules are to be followed to the letter otherwise there is no point in having the rules in the first place.

I will stop pointing out the inconsistencies of the staff if they remove that rule though.

 

Maybe there should be a sexual discussion subsection?

There is one and that's the 18+ section.

I mean one that is non porn related where everyone can join. The NSFW section can't even be seen by guests for a good reason, but we can have a sex subsection to talk anything about related to sexual topics to keep the general section a little cleaner just in case people would be uncomfortable with said topics.

 

It's okay if there is a section like that but it should still be restricted to the 18+ usergroup.

Like I am pretty sure retribution will be quick if the boss or parents catches workers or kids viewing 18+ content.

I have no issues if that rule is removed but that would make this a pseudo NSFW site.

Honestly maybe having a sexual ed side of the forum isn't bad. We could talk about these topics and even some that may sound disgusting but if you say it in the right way, will be taken much more serious than apparently this one was.
